Billing Policy

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not yet acceptance. Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been dispatched, and that is when the contract between us is formed.

We may decline or cancel an order, and refund any payment in full, where:

• The item is out of stock or no longer available
• There is an obvious error in the price or description
• We cannot verify the payment, or it appears to be fraudulent
• We are unable to deliver to the address given

When ordering, please give us:

• Accurate and complete order details
• Correct billing and delivery addresses
• A working email address and phone number for order updates

If any of these change before your order is delivered, please let us know straight away.

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you have chosen. Payment must be approved before an order is processed or dispatched.

If a payment is declined, reversed or flagged by our payment provider, we may hold or cancel the order. We will always tell you if this happens.

If we need to change or cancel your order, we will contact you using:

• The email address given at checkout
• The phone number given at checkout

• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider over an encrypted connection.
• We do not see or store your full card details on our website.
• Our payment provider uses its own security and fraud prevention checks, which may include bank authentication such as 3D Secure.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

The total shown at checkout, including any delivery charge, is the amount you will pay. No extra charges are added after you place your order. Please check the order total before completing payment.
